The plan can be purchased on the same day of purchase of the Watch

ADLD (Accidental damage, liquid damage):

Includes all kinds of claims arising out of damage (accidental, physical, liquid, fire).
Inclusions: Cracked glass, broken, damaged crowns, and all other Spares inside & outside the Watch.
Battery issue due to Physical, liquid, fire damage.
Liquid damage.
Fire damage.
Act of god – Perils like Earthquake, floods.
Zero Claim Processing Fee.

Exclusions: Theft, loss of Watch not included in cover.
Cosmetic issues – Minor dents, scratches, fading, discoloration
Strap, Belt, Buckle not covered.
Battery issues in course of normal usage.
Data loss/Corruption in any way.
Normal wear & tear.
Intentional / Willful damage not covered.

Definition of Extended Warranty : OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Warranty extended, as it is. In other words, this extension of warranty will cover everything that was covered by the OEM in the 1st year (Complete peace of mind) and will come into effect once the OEM warranty expires.
Extended Warranty can not be purchased if 11 months of invoice date have passed.

Exclusions: Excludes all accessories and consumables like chargers, batteries, wiring, plastic parts, and so on.
Excludes any malfunction or issue due to damage (Physical,Liquid, Fire, etc)
Theft, loss of Device/Spares also not included in cover.

CLAIMS – NO EXTRA CHARGES, 100% CASHLESS, MULTIPLE REPAIRS (UPTO INVOICE VALUE), ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS (FROM AUTHORIZED BRAND SERVICE CENTER) USED FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT.

Coverage amount cannot exceed Watch’s invoice value.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Your Device will be fixed (by Brand authorised service centres) within a reasonable time frame, as per Brand authorized service centre policies and Spare part availability, on a best effort basis.
If the Watch is totaled or is not repairable, the reimbursement amount (net of depreciation) will be paid.

No pick up or drop will be provided for watches. Customers will have to take the Watch to the nearest Brand authorized service centre on their own. However, all expenses related to repairs under ADLD or Extended warranty will be borne by UBBWF.

Claims will be rejected if the Watch is serviced by a non Brand authorized service centre.

EMAIL DELIVERY (No Physical Delivery) – Simple online activation via “Buyer/Seller messages” under Message Centre at amazon.in or SMS or through our website; activations must be completed within 3 days of the plan’s purchase date.
