The plan can be purchased on the same day of purchase OR within 90 days from the purchase of the Device/Machine.
Same day purchase of Protection Plan: No additional pictures of Device required.

Purchase of Protection Plans between 2 – 90 days – Complete video of the Device along with a screenshot of IMEI Number (*#06#) is required.
This feature is required to ensure Zero Fraudulent Cases.

Claims – NO EXTRA CHARGES, 100% CASHLESS, MULTIPLE REPAIRS (UPTO DEVICE VALUE), GENUINE SPARE PARTS USED FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT.

Exclusions: Excludes all accessories and consumables like as chargers, batteries, wiring, plastic parts, and so on.
Theft, loss of Device/Spares, also not included in cover.

Coverage amount cannot exceed Device’s invoice value.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Your Device will be fixed (by Brand authorized service center) within a reasonable time frame. If the gadget is totaled or is not repairable, the reimbursement amount (net of depreciation) must be paid.

Android phone extended warranty:

The plan must be purchased within 360 days from the purchase of the Device/Machine. Plan cannot be purchased if OEM warranty (Original equipment manufacturer) has expired.

Definition: OEM Warranty extended, as it is. In other words, this extension of warranty will cover everything that was covered by the OEM in the 1st year (Complete peace of mind).

Claims – NO EXTRA CHARGES, 100% CASHLESS, UNLIMITED REPAIRS AND GENUINE SPARE PARTS USED FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT.

Exclusions: Excludes all accessories and consumables like as chargers, batteries, wiring, plastic parts, and so on.

Excludes any malfunction or issue due to damage (Physical, Liquid, Fire, etc.)

Theft, loss of Device/Spares also not included in cover.
